Each semester, we are fortunate to benefit from the presence of the Lehman Brady Visiting Professor in Documentary Studies, a collaborative initiative of Duke's Center for Documentary Studies and UNC's Department of American Studies.  The course offered by the Lehman Brady Professor is usually listed as AMST 499.001 Advanced Seminar in American Studies and FOLK 690.001 Studies in Folklore.
